Questions
We take a fee, and we publish exactly what it is and who pays it - that's commitment four. The distinction that matters isn't whether money changes hands, it's whether money can change where you appear. It can't. No provider can pay to rank higher, appear more often, or be matched to a request they aren't accredited for.
Because you can read it. The vetting criteria are published in full, so you can judge the standard rather than trust a badge. Accreditations are confirmed with the issuing body - the PCI SSC, the certification body, the relevant regulator - not accepted from the provider's own website.
Then keep them. Most organisations come to Regulera for the framework they don't already have covered, for a second opinion on a scope that looks wrong, or when a renewal is the moment to benchmark what they've been paying.
There's very little to game. Ranking isn't for sale, matching is driven by accreditation and scope rather than engagement metrics, and credentials are verified externally. Where we get it wrong, the fix is published as a change to the criteria, not handled quietly.
No, and we'd rather say so plainly. Regulera doesn't rank providers by how easily they pass clients, and we're not the right platform for audit-shopping. The market we're building only works if a listing here means something to the people reading your report.
